No Collection No Fee Debt Recovery

We operate on a no collection no fee debt recovery basis.

This means that should you pass a case to us and we don’t manage to physically collect anything then you don't pay us a penny!

This of course makes passing a debt to Hull & East Yorkshire Debt Recovery Ltd risk free. 

The only fee you would ever have to pay would be the court fees if your case progressed that far and even those are then incorporated into the debt!

When we manage to collect a debt on your behalf then our standard fee would be 10% of the debt. 

We can negotiate on this dependant on the volume and values of the debts passed to us and the service level required.

For example, if a full credit control facility is wanted, including sales ledger, then a monthly retainer fee would be negotiated dependant on the needs of our client.
